I offer Connective Tissue Therapy, Deep Tissue Bodywork, Sports/Athlete Bodywork, Myofascial release, Therapeutic Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, AromaTouch Technique, Cupping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Kinesiology Taping. 

As a Qualified Aromatherapist, I trust only doTERRA essential oils for all of my aromatherapy treatments and self-care products.  My training as a Holistic Health Coach provides my clients with a "whole health" perspective. Nutritional supplementation options are also available for purchase. 32-ounce glass jars of Cold-Pressed Norwalk Juice are a perfect way to maintain a healthy diet!  My "Juicing For Life" program is a hit!

My Connective Tissue Body Work focuses on the myofascial system, working with the connective tissue and structures of the body, guided by my clients' individual needs.  Structural dysfunction interferes with the body's ability to repair. This type of bodywork creates a healing environment for the body to realign naturally, restoring functional and structural balance. I treat the body as a whole!

The AromaTouch Technique is a Unique Clinical Application of eight different essential oils/blends to encourage homeostasis within my client's body, calming their autonomic nervous system.  A one-of-a-kind therapy!  This therapeutic application follows Dr. David Hill's protocol and technique.
